REMEMBERING COPTIC MARTYRS

Continue to remember those in prison as if you were together with them in prison, and those who are mistreated as if you yourselves were suffering-( Heb 13:3).
KING OF Jeshurun dedicates this article in the eternal memory of Coptic martyrs
Let us remember those who are in prison before the throne of grace

Main reason for the massacre is :
Egypt: Muslims threatened Christians near Aswan for fixing a dilapidated church, even though it was authorized, demanding that the church not have a cross, dome, bells, or even be called a “church”; weeks later, after Friday prayers, thousands of Muslims attacked the church, burning it to the ground, and demolishing its domes, even as Egyptian security watched.  (Copts protesting this church attack led to the recent military massacre.)

Muslims thugs attack St.Mary Coptic Orthodox Church, with shouts Allahu Akbar-La Ellah ella Allah with Clapping, then sat on the ground pray in front of the church...& the false Egyptian Army helping them....(Most barbarism and backwardness of Islam)

-Islamists and the Egyptian army arrested on the Christians Copts in the street outside the church and beating them severely and then cast them as prisoners as Animals in the cage within the military armored vehicles ...

-Islamists beat the church with stones and the army now spectators ...
As is the case now has not changed...

Al Arabia TV:Christians Copts Genocide by Muslim Egyptian Army,Run over them with Army tanks

Very pathetic the egyptian army ruthlessly tread over the peaceful protestors
Egypt: In a circulated video, the grand mufti of Al Azhar, Ali Goma’a, referred to Christians as “infidels”; Wagdi Ghoneim, a popular cleric and former U.S. imam, called Copts “Crusaders” on Al Jazeera, insisting that they do not deserve equal rights with Muslims in Egypt; Abu Shadi, a representative of the Salafis, told Tahrir News that the Copts must either convert to Islam, pay jizya and assume inferior status, or die.

President Obama and united nations has to address this issue on the concern of Human Rights Violation

Watch the Egyptian (Muslim) Army and Security Forces beat a Christian to death, then drag the dead body through the street like an animal.

“Will President Obama, and the free world, allow the United Nations to continue in its  silence on this matter?”

Even innocent children has been beaten over the peaceful protests
Sunday’s bloody attack on Coptic demonstrators left some 25 Christians dead and hundreds wounded. It also left foreign observers confused, as was reflected in a very disturbing White House statement.
There were three separate scenes that took place in Cairo’s streets that, while related, must be analyzed separately if one wants to understand current Egyptian realities.
The first is the Coptic march itself. Originating in the historic Coptic neighborhood of Shubra and motivated by the recent church burning in Aswan, the demonstration was organized by the recently formed Christian “Maspero Youth Union.” This is not their parents’ group: This youth group rejects the Dhimmite mentality perfected by their elders. Angered by continuous persecution because of religion, and primarily made up of poorer Copts, MYU is both well organized and proud of its Christianity, as can be seen in its symbols and slogans.

The event drew the occasional Muslim supporter, but the overall picture is that of a Christian-pride march. It is overwhelmingly and self-consciously Christian, with young people holding crosses raised to the sky and shouting “Raise your head up high, you are a Copt.” Passing through Muslim-majority neighborhoods, the demonstration’s bold display angered Muslim locals who might tolerate Copts as second-class citizens, but not Copts like these: proud and on the march. In the El Qolaly and close to the Abdeen neighborhood, the demonstrators were attacked by rocks. This was an almost exact replay of a March 9 protest in which the same Christian group had protested an earlier church burning. Should the Christian youth have known better and not marched? Maybe. But these are fearless young people. They took their chances and tested the limits of the “Arab Spring.”

They were doing peaceful protests in a democratic way

Scene two was at the TV headquarters, where the marchers arrived to find themselves face to face with the army. The army’s orders were clear: No one was to be allowed to occupy this area and the protesters would be dispersed. Was there an order to kill? No, it was unfortunately much worse than that: The officers lost control of their troops. As Andy points out, this is no professional army. Formed of conscripts, the lower ranks are a reflection of Egyptian society.
Two videos posted on YouTube help us understand what took place. The first is from a couple of days before, depicting an army crackdown on a smaller Christian protest. It shows a frightening scene in which a couple of soldiers beat a protester. Their officer, satisfied, attempts to stop them from continuing the beatings. For the next two minutes, the video shows the officer moving back and forth between the soldiers, stopping the one on the left, only to find the one on the right punching the poor kid. When he moves to stop the soldier on the right, the one on the left resumes the beating. New soldiers arrive on the scene and they join the party. Not only were the officer’s commands ignored, the soldiers continued the beating even after the officer slapped one of them.

The second video

The propaganda war after the massacre brought forth scene three. Egyptian state TV was in a state of frenzied advocacy, with one anchor calling on the good people of Egypt to turn out to defend their army from Christian attacks. The breaking-news headline claimed that at least three soldiers were killed by Copts; on the air, one interviewed soldier called the Copts “sons of dogs.” Most Egyptian channels and newspapers reported a fabricated statement attributed to Secretary of State Hillary Clinton pledging to send American troops to protect the Christians.

Christendom needs to pray for this ruthless massacre and Human rights violation to be  stopped
Wahhabi or Salafi TV stations played their part, claiming that Christians had burned the Quran at Maspero. Naturally, pious Muslims were encouraged to take to the streets; and they did. The attacks that took place after this were not conducted only by regular Muslims in the neighborhood, but by Islamist hardliners as well. Islamist slogans were chanted and a number of attacks on Christian bystanders were reported, as well as an attempt to storm the Coptic hospital where the dead and wounded were taken.

On Monday, the Christians’ funerals took place, and as the procession left the cathedral for the cemetery, further sectarian clashes occurred. State TV retracted its claim of Sunday, saying that no soldiers were killed after all and the earlier report had been fabricated. Unfortunately, this correction seemed not to have reached the White House, which expressed President Obama’s concern for the “tragic loss of life among demonstrators and security forces,” adding that “now is a time for restraint on all sides.” Perhaps I ought to join the president in his concern and call for restraint: I call upon the security forces to refrain from killing Christians, and upon Christians to refrain from dying.

AN APPEAL BY KING OF JESHURUN TO ISLAMIC WORLD AND BELOVED MUSLIM BRETHREN: QURAN ENDORSES CHRISTIANS AS BELIEVERS NOT THE ATHIESTS

Quran is full of the gospel of Jesus
NEAREST IN LOVE TO MUSLIMS ARE CHRISTIANS

Even the Torah and the Gospels were mentioned in the Quran. In the Quran, Christians and Jews are called people of the book. Muslims believe that the Quran is the word of God just like how the Jews believe in the Torah and the Christians believe in the Bible.Read more: http://relijournal.com/islam/what-is-islam-makkah-and-quran-all-about/#ixzz1aiLy3jqK

THE QUR'AN (KORAN) REVEALS:
Muslims, Christians & Jews are the people of the Book

"Strongest among men in enmity to the Believers you will find the Jews and Pagans; and nearest among them in love to the Believers you will find those who say: "We are Christians"; because amongst these are men devoted to learning and men who have renounced the world, and they are not arrogant".
                                                 Qur'an 5 : 82

Say: "O People of the Book! You have no ground to stand upon unless you stand fast by the Torah, the Gospel, and all the revelations that has come to you from your Lord." It is the revelation that cometh to thee from thy Lord, that increaseth in most of them, their obstinate rebellion and blasphemy. But
sorrow thou not over (these) people without faith".   Qur'an 5 :68

Quran says: Jesus was sent with Gospel
"Those who believe (in the Qur'an), those who follow the Jewish (scriptures), and  the Sabians, and the Christians, and who believe in Allah and the Last Day, and work righteousness, - on them shall be no fear, nor shall they grieve".Qur'an 5 : 69

Note: In verse 2 : 62, the above text is repeated with the following addition; "and shall have their reward with their Lord"

"O People of the Book! There hath come to you Our Messenger, revealing to you much that you used to hide in the Book, and passing over much. There hath come to you from Allah a (new) Light and a perspicuous Book, - wherewith Allah guideth all who seek His good pleasure to ways of peace and safety, and leadeth them out of darkness, by His Will, unto the Light, - guideth them to a path that is straight".   Qur'an 5 : 15-16

Jesus answered, "I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me”( John 14:6).

Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house” (Matthew 5:15).

“The light shines in the darkness, but the darkness has not understood it” (John 1:5).

THE EPITHETS AND NAMES OF JESUS IN THE QUR'AN

Egyptian Muslims and Christians raise a copy of the Quran and a Cross in Shubra district of Cairo (Photo AP)

The Qur'an testifies the chastity of the Virgin Mary and the Allah had chosen her above the women of all nations (Q. 3:42); as well as it reveals that the birth of Jesus was by Allah's act of Breathing His Spirit into the body of honourable Virgin Mary (Q. 66:12),  most of the Christians have been taken by surprise. Continuing the dialogue little further I disclose, the Qur'an exemplifies:

Jesus loves muslims christians love muslims
"The similitude of Jesus before Allah is as that of Adam." (Q. 3:59).

If Allah could create Adam from the dust - without both the parents - it is not difficult for Him to create Jesus, with one parent.

The righteous Messiah - Jesus, holds an exalted place within Islam. Here are some of the honourable epithets mentioned in the Qur'an:

"Word of Allah"-              (kalimatu-Llah).
"Spirit from God"- (ruhun mina' Llah).
"The Righteous"- (as-saalihiin).
"Messiah"-  (masih).
"Prophet"-  (nabi).
"Messenger of God"-  (rasul).
"The son of Mary"-  (ibne Marium).

Allah had granted His Favour upon Jesus, and, he was made
"an example to the Children of Israel".  Qur'an 43 : 59.

"Before his birth, the angels had foretold Mary that her son, whose name will be Messiah Jesus, shall be held in high honour in this world, and, in the Hereafter, he will be among the nearest to Allah".   Q. 3 : 45.

The Name of Jesus was mentioned 25 times in the  Quran
In the Qur'an the name of Virgin Mary appears 34 times; the name of her righteous son - Jesus, 25 times; the name Muhammad 3 times and the name Ahmad only once.

THE MIRACLES AND SIGNS THAT GOD PERFORMED THROUGH JESUS

Before raising Lazarus from his tomb, where he had been four days, Jesus raised his eyes to the heaven and while thanking the God he pleaded that he had promised the sister of the deceased; she would see the glory of God, if is she believed. Furthermore, he also wanted the people standing around him to believe that the Heavenly God, who hears him, had sent him. (John 11 : 39-42). Prophet Elijah also prayed to God, before bringing back to life the son of a widow. 1 Kings 17:21-22.

Islam follow the way of the Jesus
"In the Book of Acts it is recorded that; Jesus the Nazarene was a man attested to the Men of Israel by God with miracles, wonders and signs which God performed through him, in their midst".  Acts 2:22.

The Qur'an while acknowledging the various miracles performed by Jesus adds one more to the list. It is a miracles which is not recorded by the apostles.

Then will Allah say: "O Jesus the son of Mary! Recount My favour to thee and to thy mother. Behold, I strengthened thee with the Holy Spirit,
Surely Isalm will dominate the world with the gospel of Jesus
so that thou didst speak to the people in childhood and in old age. Behold! I taught thee the Book and Wisdom, the Torah and the Gospel*. And Behold! thou makest out of clay, as it were, the figure of a bird, by My leave. And thou breathest into it, and it becometh a bird by My leave. And thou healest those born blind, and the lepers by My leave. And behold! thou bringest forth the dead by My leave. And behold! I did restrain the Children of Israel from (violence to) thee, when thou didst show them the clear signs. And the unbelievers among them said; 'This is nothing but evident magic." Qur'an  5: 110

* Jesus acknowledged that he spoke what God taught him.

Hatred has to be stopped and love and peace should be taught by the Islamic clerics because Quran says Christians are believers

"And what more shall I say? I do not have time to tell about Gideon, Barak, Samson, Jephthah, David, Samuel and the prophets, who through faith conquered kingdoms, administered justice, and gained what was promised; who shut the mouths of lions, quenched the fury of the flames, and escaped the edge of the sword; whose weakness was turned to strength; and who became powerful in battle and routed foreign armies.Women received back their dead, raised to life again. Others were tortured and refused to be released, so that they might gain a better resurrection. Some faced jeers and flogging, while still others were chained and put in prison. They were stoned; they were sawed in two; they were put to death by the sword. They went about in sheepskins and goatskins, destitute, persecuted and mistreated— the world was not worthy of them. They wandered in deserts and mountains, and in caves and holes in the ground" ( Heb 11:32-38).

"What, then, shall we say in response to this? If God is for us, who can be against us?He who did not spare his own Son, but gave him up for us all—how will he not also, along with him, graciously give us all things? Who will bring any charge against those whom God has chosen? It is God who justifies. Who is he that condemns? Christ Jesus, who died—more than that, who was raised to life—is at the right hand of God and is also interceding for us.Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall trouble or hardship or persecution or famine or nakedness or danger or sword? As it is written:
“For your sake we face death all day long;
we are considered as sheep to be slaughtered.”
No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us.For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord" (Rom 8:31-39).
