THE SHEMITAH IN INDIA!

Unlock your future! The Mystery of Shemitah- by Rabbi Jonathan Cahn

"The Lord spoke to Moses on Mount Sinai, saying: Speak to the people of Israel and say to them: When you enter the land that I am giving you, the land shall observe a sabbath for the Lord.Six years you shall sow your field, and six years you shall prune your vineyard, and gather in their yield;but in the seventh year there shall be a sabbath of complete rest for the land, a sabbath for the Lord: you shall not sow your field or prune your vineyard. You shall not reap the aftergrowth of your harvest or gather the grapes of your unpruned vine: it shall be a year of complete rest for the land. You may eat what the land yields during its sabbath—you, your male and female slaves, your hired and your bound laborers who live with you;for your livestock also, and for the wild animals in your land all its yield shall be for food"(Lev 25:1-7).
God's mystery for the land and it's fruit-Shemitah

Coming to the point of  Shemitah effect In India.

God had given the observation of Shemitah to the Israelite's for the better crops and yield. He gave it Jews because He had chosen them to be His people. He intended that all His laws of are to be very well established to the other nations through Prophets and Yeshua. If observed properly the land would yield it's fruit according to the sabbatical period of Shemitah. If observed properly it could bring blessings if not it could bring Judgement on the land. However India as a non-Jewish or Christian nation has to come under the throne of grace of Yeshua.Yeshua was sent to both Jews and gentiles to come together in order to fulfill the law but not to abolish it.

By faith the Law is not abolished but established
"I have other sheep that are not of this sheep pen. I must bring them also. They too will listen to my voice, and there shall be one flock and one shepherd" (John 10:16).

"Do not think that I came to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I did not come to abolish but to fulfill. "For truly I say to you, until heaven and earth pass away, not the smallest letter or stroke shall pass from the Law until all is accomplished" (Matt 5:17-18).

Home Minister  praying at Western wall during his visit..
Rising anti-christian attitude among religious fundamentalists towards gospel is the major concern today in India. There is negative volition, at the same time there is remnant in India. There are much prayers going on for the people of India to come to the saving knowledge of Christ. The crisis of Shemitah should atleast make people towards positive volition in accepting Yeshua Ha Mashiach as the LORD and Savior of mankind. However India is maintaining a better co-relationship with Israel on Agricultural, Military, Defense, Water management, Intelligence, Counter-Terrorism and other technological collaboration in partnering with Israel. The Home ministre had already visited Israel in the last year and the prime minister is making a visit to israel in the month of January in 2016 (Mr.Modi had already been to Israel while serving as CM in Gujarat during yester years. How good if India would make a spiritual relationship with Yeshua Ha Mashiach who is born Jewish In Isarel and is LORD of all.

Mr.Modi visited Israel as CM and is about to as PM..

"He is the STONE WHICH WAS REJECTED by you, THE BUILDERS, but WHICH BECAME THE CHIEF CORNER stone."And there is salvation in no one else; for there is no other name under heaven that has been given among men by which we must be saved."(Acts 4:11-12).

This data is of June 2015 but till date scarcity rised.
We have the problem of scarcity of rains in around India which resulted in massive crop failure in India especially in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. The actual paddy production in telangana is 10.59 lacs hectares but till August 26th we are able to produce 4.13 lacs hectares only which means 60% of the crop failure.

In Andhra Pradesh the actual paddy production 16.76 lacs hectares but till august 26th only 9.62 lac hectares had been produces which means 40% of the crop failure. Apart from we are facing lot of other issues like increase in corruption, crime rate etc.

Twenty-five per cent of India's total land is undergoing desertification while 32 per cent is facing degradation that has affected its productivity, critically affecting the livelihood and food security of millions across the country.

As much as 105.19 million hectares (Mha) of the country's total geographical area of 328.73 Mha is being degraded, while 82.18 Mha is undergoing desertification.
The levels have raised since June 2015 till date

The major forms of land degradation include soil erosion (which accounts for over 71 per cent of the total degradation), and wind erosion (10.24 per cent).

According to the report, 68 per cent of the country is prone to drought, and this will be further heightened because of the impact of climate change, particularly in dry lands.

"Desertification and loss of biological potential will restrict the transformation of dry lands into productive ecosystem.

Climate change will further challenge the livelihood of those living in these sensitive ecosystem and may result in higher levels of resource scarcity," the report warns.

Citing different government sources, the report states that 146.82 Mha of the country's total area is suffering from different kinds of land degradation, including water erosion (93.68 Mha), wind erosion (9.48 Mha), waterlogging (14.30 Mha), salinity or alkalinity (5.94 Mha), soil acidity (16.04 Mha) and other complex reasons (7.38 Mha).
Farmer suicides a major crisis India facing

The degradation was the result of loss of vegetation due to deforestation, cutting beyond permissible limits, unsustainable fuel wood and fodder extraction, shifting cultivation, encroachment on forest lands, forest fires and overgrazing, the report - jointly prepared by the environment ministry and the Indian Council of Forestry Research and Education - said.

Other factors leading to largescale degradation comprise "extension of cultivation to lands of low potential or high natural hazards, non-adoption of adequate soil conservation measures, improper crop rotation, indiscriminate use of agro-chemicals, improper planning and management of irrigation systems and excessive extraction of groundwater".

What does the shemitah allowed by God is trying to teach us?

It is teaching us to come near to God for those who are unsaved must come to Yeshua Ha Mashiach and accept Him as the personal savior. For believers in Yeshua to develop a strong relationship which would result in fulfilling His plan of great commission through sharing good news and other social services as well for the humanity.

Nations that forget the living God has to face serious consequences during the endtime. However the Believer in Yeshua have no room of fear for the divine providence in life for both time and eternity.

"Why do the nations conspire, and the peoples plot in vain? The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against the Lord and his anointed, saying,“Let us burst their bonds asunder, and cast their cords from us.”He who sits in the heavens laughs;the Lord has them in derision. Then he will speak to them in his wrath, and terrify them in his fury, saying,“I have set my king on Zion, my holy hill.” I will tell of the decree of the Lord:He said to me, “You are my son;today I have begotten you.Ask of me, and I will make the nations your heritage, and the ends of the earth your possession. You shall break them with a rod of iron, and dash them in pieces like a potter’s vessel.”Now therefore, O kings, be wise;be warned, O rulers of the earth.Serve the Lord with fear, with trembling.Kiss his feet (Yeshua Ha Mashiach),or he will be angry, and you will perish in the way;for his wrath is quickly kindled.Happy are all who take refuge in him."(Psalm 2:1-11).
