You, LORD, are my lamp!

"You, LORD, are my lamp; the LORD turns my darkness into light"(2 Sam 22:29).

I have seen this melodius song in the movie "Exodus Gods and Kings"....The lyrics of the song goes like this......................

In the darkness before the dawn

In the swirling of the storm

When I'm rolling with the punches and hope is gone

Leave a light, a light on

I am the Lord your Healer !

"Praise the LORD! O my soul, and forget not all his benefits"(Psalm 103:2).

God is my Healer too! What about you ?

Before few days back until last week on 4/11/2014 I had an excruciating tooth pain which I had never before in my life.I was praying to God for the healing but slowly it has become an excruciating pain.So I inquired the LORD saying:" I have trusted for all the healings in my life in your presence,You did mighty miracles in my life but Iam unable to bear this pain.Do you want me to consult a dentist in this regard and take medicine?Of course the doctors and the invention of medicines are also a part of your blessing of healing.But Lord I want your direct healing touch.I was humbly praying to God whether your presence is with me or not? 

The loyalty of a dog - Should be our loyalty to Jesus!!!

This dog's loyalty has moved my heart and reminded me of every believer's loyalty until the end of life on this earth to be face to face with the Lord or to the time of rapture......Unlike the boss of this dog who abandoned it on the highway.Our Lord Jesus has not left us in this world without a purpose.We don't know whether the boss of this dog will come and take him but our Lord promised in the scripture that He will surely come again to take us.We need to constantly remember this thing as we live in this transient world in whatever the situations we got through in our weal and woes to glorify His holy name and prepare ourselves loyally that He will come on one day.......To take us to His eternal home.......

DEATH OF A GLOBAL GURU OF TERRORISM!

I found this response by Ken Cook online and decided to share which correlates my opinion regarding the death of Osama Bin Laden.I have given my conclusion at the end.

“Most if not all of us have heard about the death of Al Qaeda leader Osama Bin Laden.  The question is how should the Christian respond to this event?At some level I think that all of us who are Americans feel some sort of relief, some sort of satisfaction that, as President Obama said, ” Justice has been done.”
